The theme is “Literature is our great mirror.” This can be said because literature reflects and comments on aspects of things people encounter in their daily lives.
Use these 3 literary texts(all can be found on the internet for free):
“Those Winter Sunday?” by Robert Hayden.
“Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day” by William Shakspeare
“Barbie Doll” by Marge Piercy.
….and relate them to the theme stated above.
Use at least 3 examples from each text to support the theme and site them in the essay. This means I will need a works cited page. Also, use 3 academic and credible internet sources that summarize the theme of each text and use those sources to support the theme or at least elaborate on it more as well.
